Higher Low Bottom?
Higher Low Bottom at 11,555.48 of 3/16 looks suspiciously like a 'pivot point' low. If so, the already
established 'higher high' of 2/18 defines the latest important trading range. Will it resolve up or down?
CNBC and Fox News contributors will, undoubtedly, focus thereon. Many DJ-30 components have similar looking
weekly charts.
The most recent 'ABCD' estimated target came up -52.90 points short. If the 'suspicious looking' low is for
real, then the next upward target would be 13017.49 (+1462.01) if it resolves upward. Otherwise, buy Puts
and 'buckle up'.
There's enough socio-economic-political factors present to guarantee sleepless nights for some time to come.
Countdown till 2012 elections: 84 weeks.
Heads Up
W. D. Gann, a keen market observer, although not an astronomer, nevertheless, was fascinated by the apparent
coincidence of important market 'pivot points' and astronomical dates. Theories exist for estimating time and
price of important market turning points but astronomical occurrences are computed with mathematical certainty.
There is no logical reason why these occurrences should coincide yet, empirically, they have.
The 'Full Moon' and 'New Moon', among others, have been cited. Therefore, one might be well advised to be aware
of their occurrence. Note: The first 5 business days of 2008 concluded on a 'New Moon' and we all know how that
worked out. Coincidence?
3/4 Friday - New Moon (Observe market performance Friday and Monday).
3/19 Saturday - Full Moon (Observe market performance Friday and Monday).
