American Socialism?

Control of the Whitehouse, both Houses of Congress, and eventually, the Supreme Court by the party that forced the sub-prime mortgage mess upon us, the tax and spend leftist liberals?

What kind of market environment would we be in? Already overtaxed companies facing even more taxation and being unionized to death? One wonders what the unemployment rate would be under those conditions. With higher capital gains taxes, the favored investing strategy would probably be to 'sell short' except short selling would probably be outlawed. Free markets would be a distant memory. If you don't buy into the leftist liberal crap, there wouldn't be much an investor could do.

CNBC viewers should brace themselves for more declining markets.
